I just downloaded, installed, and enabled Context 3.0. The problem is I can't access it. I don't see it in the "Site Building" menu where it normally is. I'm not a developer, so I hope I'm not missing something obvious (I don't want to use this queue as a support queue). I've never had this happen before, so I can only think it's some kind of bug. Although I have no idea where to start trying to figure out the nature of the bug.
Any thoughts?

dabblela commentedHave you also enabled the "Context UI" module?

ericquigley commentedYeah, enabled all 3 items, Context, Context UI, and Context Layouts.
I imagine that if no one else has experienced this, the cause is going to be so obscure that it won't be found.

tahiticlic commentedHave you upgraded CTools to 1.7?

micnap commentedI had the same issue. Installed context and it was nowhere to be found. Updated to CTools 1.7 and voila, there it was.

Firewolf commentedI have the same problem.
Using Context 3.0 (enabled all 3 modules) & CTools 1.8. The administration screens of Context are not available.
When I enter /admin/build/context, Drupal shows me the /admin/build screen.
Any suggestions?

Firewolf commentedProblem solved.
I used information from http://drupal.org/node/914698
Perhaps this issue can be considered as a duplicate. The cause might be the same.
