I have installed the Skype Support module on a 4.7 installation. All seems to be working except it is listing a Skype user three times in the block.

I also do not see a way to automatically give a user Skype Support status based on role/category and there is a lot of dead space above the first listing.

To automatically give a user Skype Support status, there's a permission "Provide Skype Support" . Then the user needs to provide their skype id in their profile.
