User Role

This is an awesome app! I look forward to seeing it grow! :)

I have two feature requests that would make it all the more awesome:

1. it's fantastic that you can block users from the app, but it'd be great to also be able to add or remove user roles on a user from this app as well

2. it's also fantastic that you can sticky and promote content, but it'd be even cooler if you could flag stuff with any configured flags, also!

(maybe this should have been two separate issues... will do that if someone requests I do.)
