is possible to hide nameVocabulary?
in the settings there is a Pattern that can use regex, is possible insert particular expression
that is good for hide all Vocabularies?

No, you can't use the patterns for something like this ( http://drupal.org/node/936590#comment-3555758 ).

A simple approach to do what you want would be to over-ride theme_breadcrumb()
