Hi,
It seems that your Main page width is less than content width sum.
You cam do it in two ways;
1. Change width settings of embed Flash player - it cam be managed On Youtube I think.
2. Or increase the width of page container from now`s 85% to some fixed width, taking in to account all content width`s.

How would I got about changing the the width of the container.

It's CSS thing. If you're not familiar with CSS, I'd change themes. If you're into this web stuff, I'd learn CSS.

A theme I'd recommend to you is a Fusion based theme, because you can change widths of things through the theme settings. http://fusiondrupalthemes.com/

Other themes may allow you to do the same thing (most likely other 960 grid based themes), but I don't know from memory which do and what does not.
