I installed the feeds module and but for some reason I cannot enable it (the enable box will not take a check mark). I have the ctools installed as per the instructions. Do I need to turn off "safe mode" and if so, can someone guide me? Thanks

To ad a few details, I am on Windows Vista and have wamp installed. I just checked my php.ini and "safe_mode" is turned off. My feed module select buttons are still static. Any advice?
