It is opposite from what's expected.
When Ascending is selected, the rows are shown from greatest to least, i.e. descending, and vice-versa

Did you select "B.Rate" as the default sort column?
If yes, can you export your view?

I can't reproduce this.

Also your View can be configured to have a sort criteria that can override the tablesort. So check your actual sort criteria and the settings in the tablesort.

B.Rate is the default. I just updated views and it persists.

The only thing I can guess is that the field is not stored in a manner that sorts properly for you. Maybe pasting the actual query this generates would help.
