Inject ads between comments for those who run a drupal based forum where almost all the content are comments

Inject ads between comments will be a great feature for those who run a drupal based forum where almost all the content are comments. At this moment the module only injects at the begining of the thread because it is a node and the responses remain without ads. Should be great to have an ad per comment like in the begining of the trhead.
