I installed the Technorati module and want to use it for the member blogs on the site.

However, I use free tagging for those blogs and I wanted to use the feature that would allow my Drupal categories to automatically become Technorati tags. (I think asking users to enter two sets of tags is a bit too much.) However, the module did not seem to accept the free tags as Technorati tags -- though they are listed as categories in the taxonomy module.

Am I missing something here?

no update in 5 months? and today I tried installing it again (4.7) and it gives me an error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: base_patch() in /mysite/modules/technorati/technorati.module on line 180

so I suppose on this line 180 I need to change base_patch to base_path, but why the author doesn't bother fixing the simple bugs? It's a pity because this module could actually be useful in 4.7 too.

This version of Technorati is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
