After clicking through to a second level page such as http://beta.drupal.org/download and then clicking on Refine your search in the search interface, I am seeing a scrollbar in Firefox 3 and 4 on Mac (but not WebKit based browsers).

I believe this was fixed long ago in another issue. Can't reproduce it on FF Linux.
