I did not have pathfilter OR pathologic modules installed/enabled. So dependencies check seems to be broken little bit.
I have received nice message:
The Linkit module requires pathfilter OR pathologic, be sure you have ONE of this modules installed.
Linkit module is not enabled but looks like that linkit node is enabled, even depends on linkit which is disabled. See picture. Using rubik admin theme, do not know if related to the problem.
With path filter module enabled everything seems to be fine.

anonI have change my mind, Pathologic or PathFilter isnt longer required.
Linkit core and all submodules to linkit will work perfectly without neither Pathologic or PathFilter.
The only thing is that I think many users will be confused when their "internal:" links in the content will point to a 404page as of the missing input filter.
I have implemented a status message at the status report page (/admin/reports/status) that will tell users who dont have installed neither Pathologic or PathFilter that this is required to parse the "internal:" links. But that message is pretty hidden I think.
If anyone have any better solutions, please tell me.
