This is a feature request to expose the UID of the flagging user in Views.
The main reason for including the data is not to be able to display it, but to be able to filter on it by using argument. "Show only stuff that user X has flagged."

This feature request might not sound much to the world, so I wrote a small poem to go along with it.
Here goes:

It's already possible to access all the information (+ filters) of the flagging user. "The flagging user" section in the guide tells you all about it.

Exactly. The How to setup a "bookmarks" tab on each user's profile page demonstrates this (see step #8).
