This module is the exact one I was looking for. And it works like charm. However I am wondering if I can force only first time user to change password.

Currently if I select a user role to force password change, it also force logged in user to reset their password. Any hints and suggestions are welcome.

Could you please tell me what module you were refering to?
Because forcing users upon first login to change their password is just what I'm looking for.
