Notice: Undefined index: interest_groups_* in mailchimp_subscribe_auth_form_submit() (line 244 of mailchimp/mailchimp.module).
Notice: Array to string conversion in mailchimp_mailchimp_merge_values() (line 782 of mailchimp/mailchimp.module).

2nd notice might be a symptom of a bigger error in the logic.

Patch also contains white page fixes.
