multiple checkboxes in cck or taxonomy ?

Hi,
Just a simple question, how can i make a list of checkboxes in a cck content type ?
Exemple :
[ ] Swiming pool
[ ] Accept dogs
[ ] Barbecue
...
This list could be extend in a easy way (add a taxonomy term or something like that).
