* As a designer I think that the color system should be by default the same as the color picker, but also can be of differnet color systems (i.e pantone.

I think we need pop-up window (like calendar in date module) to display colour picker, becouse it is too large to present next to text field.

This is a 'contrib module' request, actually.
I don't really know what's the right place for a new module request,
but this probably should be left of CCK issue queue, which is already large enough :-)

So, good idea, but "won't fix" as far as CCK is concerned.
