Hi all, attached, I'm sending an updated version of location.it.inc file, containing the new Italian provinces.
Hope it can be useful to someone else.

All data updates have to be rolled against latest 7.x-3.x-dev and after that backported to 6.x-3.x
This one has to be uploaded in http://drupal.org/patch git diff format

In latest versions of Location module (7.x-3.7 and 6.x-3.4) all this province already included in file location.it.inc. So i close this issue.
