Sometimes we want Apture to only show on certain pages. This resolves this and some other coding issues regarding formatting and coding standard. Further, what seemed like un-needed code was removed ( e.g. the Form API created for installing the code via a GET url ? Not sure why this is needed when you already set that variable from the interface. ).

Wrong patch, missing install file ( does a simple variable set ).

Let me see if I understand the patch correctly:
1. You make it possible to enable Apture only for certain node types.
2. You assume that Apture script should only be loaded on node edit forms?
