I'm wondering if there's actual documentation for how to use the module somewhere. I know there's installation/configuration in the readme, but I see nothing on how this is expected to work. (to be honest, it seems sorta crazy that I'm a drupal professional and can't even figure it out! )

The only thing I seem to understand is that, once a user has a referral link, it all works (probably) as expected. But, I can't believe this module doesn't include a form/method to SEND that referral (in an email) from the site itself. From what I see, a user is expected to copy their referral url and (on their own) send that url to a friend?

I'm thinking the D6 version just has a broken page at /referral which should be giving me a form to send emails to friends...true?

For now, I'll file this as a support request...but I have a feeling it'll turn into a bug report very soon :)

(marking major since it's unusuable right now...)

Realizing that maybe this isn't really an 'invite' type module like I thought it was, but instead something for maybe a higher user level (affiliates, site partners, etc) to a site. I'm thinking now this isn't really intended to do what I think (which is more what Invite is doing).

I'll still leave this open in case anyone wants to chime in with a 'real world' workflow for this module...and to see if there's a broken page in D6 that I'm missing...

of course, this is clearly a lacking feature of this module, which should have been for long considered a must-have. the ability to have a user referral links to any page on a drupal site. Of course the referral id has to be transmited in some way in the url, maybe /referral/XXXXX/urlredirect

would be nice to have user referral improved for D6 but it seems now it's all about Drupal 7, it's normal.
