Drupal 7 patch

Here the Drupal 7 patch of this module. I've integrated the patch that makes text editable.

This patch adds the following improvements: does not lock you out of admin if you specify all browsers, and it has replaced some lines in the .js file with jQuery.

The design of the module has various issues, but haven't changed anything there yet. Ideally probably the entire text block should simply be a single text, why replace various text lines. And should support showing other browsers.
