the copyright information configured in the Tarski Theme does not show on the site once set - unless I have missed something :)

Sorted this out by downloading the Drupal 7 version of Tarski theme and copying and pasting the following code into page.tpl.php at around line 203:

print theme_get_setting('copyright_information');
