Missing images

Hi all,

I'm a Drupal newbie excuse me for stupid issues...
After browsing the web I understood that Imagemenu could do what I need: create a homepage with images as menu items.
So, after installation, I created a new horizontal Imagemenu then added two menu items (just for testing purpose) and moved the new block into the Content region.

As image path, in the menu items, I used something like:
C:/Programmi/xampp/htdocs/MySite/sites/default/files/TestImage.jpg
(I've tried using both slash and backslash)

The problem is that the menu title is visible, but images no (a red cross is shown).

I'm using Windows XP with XAMPP 1.7.3 and Drupal 6.19 localized in italian (the problem persists even in english).
