I have some complex products in Ubercart that I would like pass to UberPOS. For example, a custom trail mix where the customer can select up to 5 ingredients, each with it's own price. How can I get that to work with UberPOS?

Each product needs to have a SKU. You can do this with attributes, just make sure that each variation has its own SKU.
