Just went live with a ground up rebuild of my schools website. Switched over from a hand build Dreamweaver / Microsoft .asp cms to Drupal. Drupal allows our students to create accounts and register for classes, while allowing our staff to log in with Active Directory authentication and edit the site. The site is very simple using the XEN themes and cti_flex with the colorpicker module to match the school colors. Node import and views excel is used to upload course information and download data to our aging filemaker system (hint looking for drupal shops in California to build a full Registration/attendance/student management system). Overall it is an exciting switch, and the ability to tell our staff if you can think it we can probably add it.
