Maybe I don't understand the installation instructions,
-> On feed settings I picked "Common syndication parser with term extraction"
-> On mapping I picked "Extracted term names" and and map it to "My Taxonomy vocabulary"
-> On my "Taxonomy vocabulary settings" i checked "Use all terms of this vocabulary for extraction"

But when I import the feed there is this error for all items:

warning: array_intersect_key() [function.array-intersect-key]: Argument #1 is not an array in /web/htdocs/www.mysite.com/sites/all/modules/feeds/includes/FeedsConfigurable.inc on line 129.

Download of failed with code -1003.

Items are created but no taxonomy terms are assigned

Ok I uninstalled and reinstalled feeds module and now it seems to work
