Hey guys,
I found this module and was overly excited! However, it doesn't seem to be working for me. I just installed the latest dev version (6.x-2.x-dev) and enabled it. When editing a node, I now have the option to upload an image. At first, I got an error saying that the img-title folder was not writable. So I changed the permissions of the folder to 705. I can now successfully upload the title image to the node. However it is not showing when the node is displayed. The text title is still showing.

I'm using Drupal 6.19. What am I missing? Thanks.

One additional thing:

In the node edit page, the title image shows fine. But it's not showing anywhere else. I looked at the page code in FireBug, and I don't see any title image showing up in the code.

I have this same problem. Image is uploading to img-title directory, but not showing on the node view.

go to admin/user/permissions and grant "create image titles" to all roles
