QA: Get Started with Drupal / Who Else uses Drupal (Button)

The top and bottom borders surrounding the "GET STARTED WITH DRUPAL" button were intended to separate it from the "Who Else Uses Drupal" text. After this got removed (moved to the middle column?) these two borders look irrelevant, and the button seems to be "hanging".

Proposal: return to the prototype design (move Who Else uses.. to the left column, make site thumbnail on the site column longer).
