Would it make sense to replace all #nav .secondary-links ids to have only .secondary-links {}? So you could freely place $secondary_menu without having to modify the css. There is only one .secondary-links so i think there is no need for an addition #nav? what do you thing about that?

By the way, GREAT work. I switched from zen and it seems that i am happy now :)

Yes it makes total sense and is a constant annoyance to me that it has the #nav id prefix, lets fix this in HEAD. Really, wtf was I thinking? LOL.
