I am unable to change the theme for vocabularies.

Show 'Theme' option for vocabularies is enabled.

The relevant themes are enabled.

The radio button always remains unselected.

The same is happening for terms as well. Nothing changes.

Are you using the module "Taxonomy Theme"?

Yes, I had it installed too.

But on deleting the pre-installed Theme Switching Rule Chains the problem disappeared.
