I've been very busy recently but it's a possibility depending on the interest. I do not have a timeline for it yet though.

Any updates on this issue? It's been almost 2 years now. I have made some progress porting it to D7 since I need closure compiler for one of my projects…

Hi, should we wait for the D7 port? Is someone working on it ATM?
I think lots of people will find this very useful...
Just wanna know what the status of D7 port is :)

I don't think anyone's working on it at the moment. I'd be happy to give anyone maintainer access for a D7 port.

Attached is a D7 port...

I haven't yet tested local compilation (as I haven't had time to set up a test site for that), but remote compilation seems to be working.

I have released a stable 1.0 version for Drupal 7, that has been successfully tested using local and remote compilation.

Therefore I am closing this issue.
