Node and user context converters use tokens if token.module is installed, and so why not taxonomy term tokens?

Right now the only tokens that are provided that ctools doesn't already offer are the vocabulary name and description, but when combined with #943896: Context converters using token module limited to one set (omits CCK fields, etc) they would include any tokens provided by other modules (such as taxonomy_node)...
