Hey Guys

Actually I am searching for an solution about how to integrate Gallery-Comments into a Block - which willl be displayed at each page of the website.
Is there any best practice to do so? Furthermore ... it would be awesome to make a block which displayes both - Newest Drupal Comments and newest Gallery Comments. Is this possible?
