Issue Summary
I am getting the WSOD when trying to add content to a panel pane. below is what displays on the page.

looks like this may be an issue with panels and not topic hub. This only seems to affect subthemes? When setting the theme to a base theme, everything functions normally.

Yes, I am having this exact same problem.

updating to panels 3.7, ctools 1.7 or 1.8 fixes the problem.
