I get that message whatever i set on admin/settings/error-reporting
(i leave the page settings empty)
project page and readme is not clear to me how it works.
please advice me

Fanaile commentedThe readme.txt is clear on what you need to do to get everything working.
First, configure your messages:
Go to Administer -> Site configuration -> Custom error. Type in titles and messages and you can use HTML.
Then configure the error reporting page:
Go to Administer -> Site configuration -> Error reporting.
You need to specify where to point people for either error that you're using: For the paths place in customerror/403 (for Access Denied) and customerror/404 (for page not found).
