i think the original text (english) used for translation needs some corrections, namely, make it more standard.

sample cases:
- Let users choose action with Let users choose the action
- Anonymous user with %Anonymous
- Disable the account and keep all content with Disable the account and keep all content belonging to user

and so on

because of the inconsistencies, some spelling errors, or non standard terms, translations aren't themselves very consistent with the original texts.

I'd say I just copied the strings from Drupal 7 as they are, but I'll make a review, but probably some of them have changed or are going to change during the last stage of Drupal beta to RC, or RC to final release.
