Today I added the Context module, and several other modules, to do some theming.
When I enabled Context several of my panels started "stacking content" vertically, which had been arranged via panels as columns.
The problem resovled itself when I disabled the Context module.
I tried to check if this is a known issue but could not find it. Just wanted to document it.
Thank you so much for what you have done to make Drupal.

merlinofchaos commentedWhat browser are you using? If using IE, check to see if it's happening with Firefox as well. If it happens with IE and not Firefox, turn on CSS aggregation.

itserich commentedYes thank you. I thought it might be CSS related but it happens in IE, Firefox and Safari.
Attached are two screen shots, with and without Context enabled from Safari. When I disabled Context and flushed cache it returned to normal.
Also, I noticed under Performance -> Bandwidth Optimizations it normally shows the two options per the screen image, but one time earlier today I saw four options, but only saw that once and now it is back to two options.
I also started using a new theme with skinr and am using sweaver so there are a lot of new things I am trying and it may not be Context alone but disabling it does return to normal.

merlinofchaos commentedTo be able to help, I would need to be able to browse HTML & CSS and look at this with firebug to get a feel for what's going on. Can you put a test site somewhere accessible?

I don't know if I need to use Context, I will be happy to put up the site somwhere you can access it if you like but don't want to create extra work for you. I just wanted to let you know and I was curious if it was a known conflict.
If you would like to look at it post a comment and I will install it and can send you a password and you can have at it. I have plenty of vacant test sites.

merlinofchaos commentedNo, quite a few people use Panels and Context together right now, so the conflict is unexpected. It would be interesting to look at and see what the difference between working and not working is.

I have upgraded the account to a VPS so it is much quicker to navigate.
One thing I have found is the layout breaks only after Context is installed and then the cache is cleared, and then when Context is removed, the layout is correct only after cache is cleared.
