please add these cck options too as requirements:
The following modules must be enabled for this import to work: fieldgroup, text, optionwidgets, filefield, imagefield.

I never made a release of this module, I will hopefully get this done soon. I would say disable it for now, it is not stable in any shape or form. Please check back on the project page will post when it is closer to production ready
