I have a client who is looking for a E-commerce website. Following are some of the requirements:
1) Drupal based site.
2) Customer should be able to pay for the product(s) using PayPal from his site.
3) Shopping cart, customer transaction history, Blogs/Forums.
4) My client should be able to add/delete/edit product(s) (with description and pics and price)
These are the main requirements. I am not worried about the design of the site. You can just use one of the free themes and just modify it a bit to fit company branding. I will provide the Logo and other information. Search engine optimize would be nice but not required. I would like you to spend about 75% of the time on the E-commerce development.
E-commerce is the MOST important thing in this project. I don't want any bugs once the site is up.
I need a detail estimate. I need to know how much time you will required to develop the site, how much it will cost (please give me the amount in Canadian dollars) And your opinion on what else will be needed to make this site successful. Payment will be made through PayPal OR Western Union ONLY. If you are located in Canada then the payment can be made directly into your bank account.
Once 50% of the project is done i will pay you 50% of the total cost, once the job is done you will receive the remaining amount.
If you have any question let me know. Send your estimate to my email kol86.b@gmail.com
More details will be given once you are chosen for the job. Decision will be made somewhere around first week of November.
Thank You.
KOL.

Is the total budget below 100$?
You will likely find that
You will likely find that qualified, capable consultants will not take on a project without a down payment (the size of the down payment may vary by type and size of project). It's simply not healthy for our business model to put in the work to build the first half of a project before seeing one dollar: you are putting 100% of the risk of the transaction on the developer's side, and developers who accept such arrangements don't stay cash-positive for long.
