Disable Frameprevention for the whole site except listed URLs [#945400]

How can I inverse the effect of

"List of pages the module is disabled. Use the * character for wildcard, each entry in a new line."

I only want to prevent one url /cart to be prevented from being IFramed.

Ditto. This would be great. I have two URLs that frames are an issue and hate running the module on unnecessary pages.
