While modules and themes can be explored, people looking for translations probably already know exactly what they want, so I think we can remove one step for these people making all translations avaliable on the Get Started page (and maybe Download & Extend too).

Hmm, good point. Though it does illustrate how global Drupal is, and looks balanced on the page.

I'm tempted to leave it as it is though.
