Support Token.module's node tokens for node rows

Felt that it could be nice to be able to utilize all of the Token.module tokens of a node in the creating of classes in Semantic Views. To try it out I wrote a patch. Works quite good - but not all tokens are suitable for css-classes since they include spaces which are not converted, but for those tokens that do work well this can be a good addition.
