feedback and instructions to user (usability)

hi, this is a very nice module that helps users hide (and maybe even show someday) blocks more easily, dashboard style.

i would say that the show/hide blocks in drupal is pretty hidden, so this module does help a bit make users aware of that functionality

but, while testing some of my users reported that the "dismiss" option didn't give them a message or any feedback at all of what happened or how to undo.

some thought that "dismiss" was like "collapsing/hiding temporarily" the block, so they got totally lost once the block didn't appear again.

Accidental dismissing
Some users reported accidentally clicking, so they also were confused when it disappeared

some small fixes that would make it much better with these usability issues would be:
-Feedback message and/or instructions to where they can reactivate the block with a link to "user account edit"

this would make them aware and avoid getting confused/lost :)
