Missing INSTALL.txt; wrong README in AlchemyAPI directory

Trying to get this going;

1. There is no INSTALL.txt. The project page tells how to download the API, but normally this would also be in an INSTALL.txt.

2. The README in the AlchemyAPI directory appears not to be what you wanted there. It seems to be the readme from Alchemy API project, rather than instructions on what to do in that directory.
