Updating contributed modules

Stemming from the commons.a.c thread Updating contributed modules beyond Drupal Commons 1.1.

This is the list of modules that need updating: Administration menu, Chaos tool suite, Date, Diff, Features, getID3(), ImageAPI, Insert, jQuery UI, Panels, Pathauto, Rules, Shoutbox, Strongarm, Tagging, Token, User Relationships, User Terms, and Views Tagadelic.

Acquia Drupal has an active release schedule and if Drupal Commons is really a promoted solution/product then it should have one as well.
