Place Vocabulary Name in Custom node tpl

Is there a way to print the terms in the node like on default display but also print the name of the vocabulary separately, like at the top of the node like how sites like Huffington Post and Cnn show the name of the say Entertainment at the top of the article so you know what area the node is from I read the docs and theme docs but this was not clear
