When we use a view with ajax pagination, every page you view makes the modal increase.

Sorry this is not true.

What i mean is that when we use ctools to refresh a view when a form has been submited, the width increases. For example if you place the facebook_status page in a modalframe, post a new status the view beneath the form that shows your statuses get's an ajax refresh trough ctools and that makes the modal increase width.

It seems to me this is the same issue as #749892: Clicking link within child window shrinks modalframe

correct, the last submitted patch in that issue fixes this.
