It might be worthwhile to make colorpicker optional. It seems a little funny to make the whole project dependent on that module for the support of one feature. Thoughts?

Otherwise the module looks great, I can't wait to start using it.

Just had a thought, maybe offer a text-box for hex entry as an alternative option (if colorpicker isn't installed?).
