Email reminders to complete auto-saved form edits

I had a use case for sending email reminders to encourage completion of auto-saved form edits. Attached is the module I wrote to do this. I think it makes sense to include this as a submodule for autosave, but I can create a separate project if there's no interest in doing it as a submodule.
