Hi,

when a user fills in a private number field and wants to edit it later again he will just see the encrypted data - in my case. Have I set something wrong? Why can someone with the right "See own private number" not go to node edit form and change the field? I mean he can technically but he will just see the encrypted data in the field what makes it impossible to change let's say the first digit of a number.

Maybe it has to do with my explanations above: sometime when I look at private numbers on the node view I see the encrypted data. But know I see it on nodes which are not writeable by the author - these content type can just be created, not edited by the user. So the above is not the issue - it seems to me that generally sometimes decryption fails.

Did I do something wrong maybe about the key? I simply defined a string of 15 digits in my setting.php - to be honest I do not now how to create a key for this so maybe this causes my trouble??? But as I did not change the key shouldn't it be possible to decrypt these datas??? I really hope someone can help me with this issue as I need it urgently.
