Issue Summary
Rather than have to step through the user admin pages to add custom subscriptions to users, it would be very good to have the custom subscriptions available to Views Bulk Operations. This would allow administrators to filter on selected users, groups, etc. and then apply subscriptions to those selected users. A time saving operation.

I'll add my vote for this functionality. I want to subscribe all members of a group to a specific forum. I have not yet found a way to do this as a one-time batch operation unless I map the user's group to a role. I have also not found a way to set up actions/triggers that can added custom subscriptions.

Me too - I'm about to start subscribing 265 users to two custom subscriptions by hand. It almost works now - I can select the users in the /admin/user/user and select the option for "Add subscription to selected users: ", but when I press Update I get the message "0 users have been subscribed. The update has been performed." So it seems the UI is 100% there, the functionality is just not implemented?
